Prior to opening Mark David Shirian P.C., Attorney Shirian worked for a boutique civil litigation firm where he focused his practice in retail law, general liability, and product liability cases in the state and federal courts of New York.

Attorney Shirian’s proactive approach and assertive advocacy skills contribute to the firm’s efficient and successful litigation practice. Because of his extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts and his successes in some very high-profile cases, Attorney Shirian has been featured on Fox News, New York Post, Page Six, The New York Daily News, and The Daily Mail.

Attorney Shirian has been at the forefront of some of the most widely publicized sexual harassment and Title IX cases that have made headline news. Some of his notable representations include multiple alleged victims of sexual harassment by a C.E.O., multiple female clients in gender discrimination and sexual harassment claims against their employers, and others in claims of gender discrimination, race discrimination, retaliation, and disability discrimination against big corporations.

Attorney Shirian is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is a former high school wrestling coach. He was also recently honored by the Hineni Heritage Center.
